Dear valued customers, you are advised to read and understand each purchase terms and conditions before making any purchase of Eskayvie products. After every purchase made, means that you have agreed to the terms and conditions without the written consent of any party.

  1. All products purchased are non-refundable except for negligence on our part or damage to the product.
  2. Upon purchase, no refund shall be provided as mentioned in clause (1). If the negligence is on our part, the product will be replaced after receiving the proof (picture or product).
  3. All transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only.
  4. Please make sure that the product name, address, post code, quantity and product name are correct. We will not be held responsible for any mistakes you make when making the purchase order.
  5. After making the payment, the customer is not allowed to cancel any orders that have been placed.
  6. All products are guaranteed to be in good condition before being shipped to customers.
  7. In any event that a refund is required, please provide payment details to customercare@eskayvie.com. Refund procedure will take 1 to 2 weeks of business days.

  1. We accept: Master, Visa and online money transfer provided by the online payment system.
  2. Eskayvie does not charge for credit card usage. Credit card charges are subject to the bank you are using.
  3. Your personal details shall remain private and confidential.
  4. Personal and credit card information shall remain confidential. Codes are hidden to prevent from any unauthorized access.
  5. An automatic confirmation will be sent to you by email.
  6. Courier services are provided throughout Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak.
  7. Delivery Date & Time is 3 working days (1 day plus 2 days shipping) for Peninsular Malaysia and 4 working days for Sabah and Sarawak.
  8. If the date & time of purchase falls on Sunday or Public Holidays, then the shipment will take place on the next business day.
  9. Please make sure that your name, address and telephone number provided are correct and valid. If the customer does not provide any address, the customer is then required to request the goods to be couriered to the service hub / post office.
  10. DELIVERY CHARGES: a Delivery charges are RM10 for all transactions below RM200.
  11. For Cash on Delivery (COD), appointments must be made at least 24 hours prior to delivery time to avoid any issues.
  12. You are also advised to read the disclaimer of the product. This is because each product has a different harmonization effect for each individual.
  13. All personal information of the customer will be kept for future use as a reference and is considered private and confidential.
  14. We reserve the right to change prices, products, product descriptions and special offers at any time and in our sole discretion without prior notice to customers.
  15. When you place an order online, an email will be sent to confirm that the delivery of your order will be within 24 hours of the business day.
  16. After the logistics process is completed, a consignment number will be sent by email to you.
